Join the Movement

Empowering athletes to compete in a fair and inclusive environment, free from racism. Join us in eradicating discrimination from our stadium and court.
Create by the Belgian International Basketball player Kevin Tumba, who himself has been a victim of racism, Eshima is a non-profit association that aims to promote inclusion and diversity in sports.
"This initiative is very important to me with Eshima, we aim to create a platform to raise awareness about the issues of racism in sports. By highlighting lived experiences and testimonials, the association want to put light on the negative impact of racism on athletes and the sports community. Eshima aims to develop and implement educational programs that encourage intercultural understanding and raise awareness among athletes and supporters about the importance of diversity and inclusion. Through events and activities that bring together individuals from different backgrounds, Eshima seeks to foster mutual respect and tolerance, thereby creating an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance."
